Visual Act Access is available exclusively to registered Talent and Modeling Agencies, Casting Directors and union affiliated actors and actresses with solid industry background.

We want you to be successful and satisfied! So, VAA offers a 1-month free trial and 30 days of guaranteed software!

Payment Plans are available.

After receipt of VAA Software, you’ll receive access to our “help desk” telephone Support including online assistance with our remote access software free for 30 days! For continued support, you may choose from our various On Going Support Plans.

This annual support contract features monthly billing and will not include modifications or additions to the software. Our $75 monthly plan offering you 60 minutes of continued online and telephones support as well as minor remote modifications.

If you need more attention our $200 monthly plan offers you 180 minutes of continued online and telephone support as well as minor remote modifications.

System Requirement and Installation

Visual Act Access runs on Windows 95/98/NT and Windows Millennium. We recommend a High-speed server and workstations equipped with a high-resolution monitor and speakers. A VAA consultant will install the VAA software and work with you until you are up and running including a complimentary 2-hour orientation will be offered on the day of installation.

Customization/Modification

Visual Act Access can be customized to your specific business needs. A VAA consultant can be retained to come reconfigure your program for your unique business requirements, altering fields, storage etc… or is available for more advanced training and/or installation.

Data Conversion

With your assistance, we can successfully convert your existing data to VAA. Your new software is customized providing an efficient solution regarding the migration of information between one business software to another, preventing redundant data entry and valuable time.
